Juzhi Cork Flooring Underlayment Series Launched, Seizing the High-End Renovation Market

Recently, Changzhou Juzhi New Material Technology Co., Ltd. officially launched its cork flooring underlayment series. With natural materials and high-end performance, the series enters the high-end renovation market, filling the company’s product gap in the high-end underlayment segment and further enriching its full-category layout. The cork underlayment is based on natural cork granules similar to those used in wine bottle stoppers, available in two variants: high-density (200-230kg/m³) and low-density (170-200kg/m³), to meet diverse high-end renovation needs. The product surface is covered with aluminum foil or PET film, which not only enhances moisture-proof and thermal insulation performance (with a thermal conductivity of 0.05w/mk) but also improves wear resistance and puncture resistance. Equipped with a self-sealing edge design, it ensures easy installation and excellent sealing.

In terms of performance, the cork underlayment offers a sound insulation effect of 50dB, providing a warm and comfortable foot feel while effectively buffering floor impact to extend flooring service life. With a water absorption rate of less than 0.1%, it can cope with humid environments. Additionally, it features mold and mildew resistance as well as crush resistance, making it suitable for high-end flooring types such as solid wood and bamboo flooring, especially for renovation scenarios like villas and premium residential buildings. Furthermore, the product has passed multiple environmental tests, with no release of harmful substances, meeting the health and living needs of high-end users.

Currently, Juzhi’s cork underlayment is supplied in bulk to high-end renovation projects and overseas high-end markets, supporting both TO B engineering customization and TO C retail procurement.
