High-Efficiency Thermal Reflection Barrier
The core structure of this product consists of a 2mm IXPE foam substrate laminated with a specialized aluminum foil layer—a design that is far from merely decorative. The primary function of the aluminum foil layer is to form a highly efficient thermal reflection barrier. When radiant heat is generated by heat sources (such as underfloor heating pipes, automobile engines, or rooftop solar radiation), the aluminum foil layer acts like a mirror, reflecting the vast majority of thermal energy directly back, thereby significantly blocking the one-way transfer and dissipation of heat. Unlike ordinary aluminized films, the high-density aluminum foil used in this product features more complete metallic continuity. Even after long-term use or slight bending, its reflective performance remains durable and stable without noticeable degradation. This physical reflection principle fundamentally enhances the overall thermal insulation performance of the material.
